The Santayana Reading Group meets by video two days a month to talk about a predetermined Santayana text. Typically, the group works through a book, reading two or three chapters each month. The meetings are Friday 11:00–13:00 (ET US)/19:00–21:00 (CET) and Sunday 13:00–15:00 (ET US)/21:00–23:00 (CET)
From October 2020 to December 2022, around 10 people met regularly to talk about chapters from Santayana’s five-book The Life of Reason (1905–06).
